Youth resources bring the community of Lakewood together to effectively foster successful and well-adjusted youth that are responsible and contributing members of the community. The Lakewood Youth Resource Guide will fulfill its mission by acting as an ongoing planning and advocacy body and act as a champion for youth and youth involvement in city and community planning processes.

The Lakewood Youth Resource Guide shall act as a liaison between youth serving organizations, local businesses, local government, schools and the community for the purpose of collaborative resolution of community needs and issues.
